My love and passion for food comes from my childhood experiences, watching my mum and aunts cooking at home; learning which spices emphasize the flavours of a dish, what flavours complement others and seeing the joy in the faces of those eating the dishes created. It is a passion I have brought with me to Shampan and I enjoy the opportunities to continuously learn each day.
